Simpol. the reactive agency, a creative agency specialized in the design, production and dissemination of content, is looking for a* Digital Project Manager & Strategist to join its team.

What will you do:

• Project management and coordination, from the initial brief to the final delivery, ensuring quality, time and budget.
• Direct interface with customers, collection of needs, definition of objectives and management of the relationship over time.
• Development of communication strategies and content in collaboration with the creative team.
• Translation of briefs into clear operational tasks for the internal team (creative, production, social, media).
• Supervision of work progress and organization of project activities.
• Analysis of project performance and identification of useful insights to optimize strategies.
• Managing priorities and coordinating multiple projects at the same time.

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience in managing clients and projects in the creative/digital field.
• Ability to develop and articulate effective communication strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both internal and towards the customer.
• Ability to problem solve and manage critical design issues.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of the main project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Notion, Asana, Trello or similar).
• Proven experience in the creative and agency sector, with 3+ years of experience; we will also consider more junior profiles with a solid portfolio that stand out for their quality of work, vision and executive capacity.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Welcome extra skills:

• Basic knowledge of media planning and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with content production processes (photos, videos, social networks).
• Ability to read and interpret data (analytics, campaign reports).
• Knowledge of a second foreign language, preferably in a professional context, is considered an advantage.
