Position Description:

Simpol. the reactive agency, a creative agency specialized in the design, production and dissemination of content, is looking for a* Social Media Manager to join its team.

What will you do:

• Planning, management and monitoring of social activities for customers from different sectors.
• Design and publication of content (visual and textual) in collaboration with the creative team, adapting the style and tone of voice for each brand.
• Definition and implementation of innovative social strategies, aimed at increasing engagement and brand awareness.
• Analysis of content performance and social campaigns, with periodic reports and optimization proposals.
• Monitoring digital trends and identifying new opportunities for customers.
• Moderation and community management.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of the main social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Experience in managing social profiles, with attention to storytelling, persuasive copywriting and community management.
• Familiarity with monitoring and analysis tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) to generate clear and strategic reports.
• Creativity, proactivity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team in a dynamic and results-oriented context.

Welcome ancillary skills:

• Basic knowledge of the main design and video editing tools for social use (Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of managing ADV campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
