Simpol. the reactive agency, a creative agency specialized in the design, production and dissemination of content, is looking for a* Videomaker to join its production team.

What will you do:

• Conception, production and post-production
of video content for different platforms.
• Creation of original video content, adapted to the specific needs of brands and platforms.
• Collaboration with the creative team to develop visual concepts and engaging narratives.
• Managing video equipment while shooting on set.
• Content post-production.
• Continuous search for new techniques and styles to improve the quality of the video products.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of video editing tools (DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Excellent command of professional equipment.
• Knowledge of lighting technology, direction of photography and management of the lighting setup.
• Experience in producing and post-producing video content suitable for different platforms.
• Knowledge of framing, lighting and composition techniques.
• Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects at the same time while meeting deadlines.
• Creativity and passion for videomaking, with a strong orientation to visual storytelling.
• Color correction and grading capabilities using software such as DaVinci Resolve.
• Proven experience in the creative and agency sector, with 3+ years of experience; we will also consider more junior profiles with a solid portfolio that stand out for their quality of work, vision and executive capacity.
• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken

Welcome extra skills:

• Experience using advanced equipment such as stabilizers, camera supports and drones.
• Basic knowledge of photography.
