Economic growth, internal structure, and ESG reporting reflect the consolidation of the Turin-based agency
Simpol. the reactive agency closes 2025 with revenues exceeding 2.1 million euros and publishes its second Sustainability Report, confirming a growth path based on economic solidity, responsibility, and transparency.
The financial statements as of December 31, 2025, and the Sustainability Report illustrate how the agency is growing: by consolidating its operating model, strengthening its internal structure, and continuing to integrate ESG principles into its strategic choices. This journey, which began in 2025 with the publication of the first Sustainability Report, the drafting of the Code of Ethics, and the attainment of ChooseMyCompany certifications, is now entering a more structured phase.
Simpol. the reactive agency's 2025 financial statements record revenues exceeding 2.1 million euros and a significant improvement in operating profitability, with an increase of almost 8 percentage points compared to the previous year. This result is linked to a more selective management of external costs and the consolidation of an operating model built over time.
Economic growth is also accompanied by the strengthening of the internal structure: in 2025, the agency's team reached 22 people, including employees and continuous collaborators. This figure confirms the commitment to continue investing in skills, organization, and the agency's production capacity.
For the second consecutive year, Simpol. the reactive agency has prepared and published its Sustainability Report, in accordance with the GRI β Global Reporting Initiative standards and built on a voluntary basis, with comparative data from the previous year.
In the digital communication and marketing sector, where structured reporting is still uncommon, this choice reinforces the agency's commitment to measuring its impact, making it transparent, and transforming it into a tool for improvement.
The first Sustainability Report had already defined a map of material topics identified through the involvement of employees, clients, and suppliers: five social topics, two governance topics, and two environmental topics. The new document continues along this path and focuses on three main directions: environmental impact management, people's well-being, and economic sustainability, understood as the ability to generate and redistribute value to employees, suppliers, partners, and the community. Simpol. the reactive agency's ESG journey finds one of its central dimensions in people's well-being. Training, psychological support, welfare, tangible benefits, and the quality of the work environment are all part of a strategy that places team growth at the heart of business development.
Completing the picture is io Smpl., the project through which Simpol. the reactive agency brings creative skills, vision, and community to serve charitable and social impact initiatives. Over the years, io Smpl. has supported projects such as A Moustache for Research and The Red Thread of Destiny, confirming the agency's commitment to putting communication at the service of concrete causes.
β2025 confirmed the robustness of the model we have built: the financial results are positive, but they gain value because they are accompanied by the growth of our structure, skills, and internal awareness. Publishing the Sustainability Report for the second consecutive year signifies a commitment to a clear choice: to measure our impact, make it transparent, and use it as a guide for improvement. We look forward with the goal of continued growth, while maintaining responsibility, quality of work, and the ability to innovate.β
