From this analogy comes the project developed by Simpol. the reactive agency per Caffè Vergnano, a historic Italian roaster with more than 140 years of history and Official Coffee of the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026.
The Turin-based communication agency has designed and created a integrated social strategy able to combine coffee culture, corporate heritage and Olympic spirit, following the traces of the company's creative path summarized in the claim “You Cannot Rush Perfection”.
The challenge for Simpol. the reactive agency was to translate an institutional partnership into a contemporary and engaging narrative, capable of living on social media and communicating with the public.
A story that to hold together the historical identity of Caffè Vergnano, the Olympic values and the symbolic value of time, the element that unites the athletic gesture and the daily ritual of espresso.
The agency has devised a editorial plan from November 2025 to March 2026 On the channels Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, built around the creative concept “The Art of Timing”.
The project is divided into a series Of rubrics Think for Tell the story of the Caffè Vergnano world through different languages and formats: Augmented Emotions, immersive micro-narratives that blend coffee ritual and sports adrenaline through AI generation, advanced compositing and sound design; The Art of a Moment, a visual story that intertwines images of the roastery and the Vergnano headquarters with scenes of athletes in action, combining preparation, concentration and precision; Captured in Time, visual loops dedicated to the Olympic product line, designed to transform coffee into a narrative bridge between everyday life and sports entertainment; The Time That Made Us, an employer branding project that involved more than 50 company employees, connecting their childhood memories related to winter to the Olympic present; Performance in a Cup, Real-time marketing column that intercepts sports competitions and transforms them into coffee consumption rituals.
The narrative also extends to Paralympic Games, maintaining stylistic and strategic coherence. The message remains the same: the Perfection can be recognized in a conscious gesture, with respect for time and in the strength of daily choices.
The launch: an urban guerrilla to start the conversation
The communication project was inaugurated with the creation of content on the occasion of the activity created for Caffè Vergnano by content creator Greg Goya, street artist known in the Italian digital landscape. The activation involved bystanders with the question “What is your moment worth gold?”, generating spontaneous content and participation from day one.

The challenge was to transform this role into a narrative capable of living every day on digital platforms, connecting the rite of espresso to the intensity and emotions of the great Olympic moments.
