For the 42nd ANCI Annual Meeting, ANCI Comunicare asked us to transform three days full of institutional events, meetings and moments of discussion into a clear and immediate live story.
How do you translate the complexity of the Assembly into a credible, institutional and accessible live story on social media? All this taking up more than 100 side events, 20,000 admissions and the highest offices of the State without losing pace and authority?
We have created a double production. On the one hand, the PRO contents: daily video recaps, shot and edited during the day to offer a timely institutional story. On the other hand, the SOCIAL contents: live stories and 360-degree coverage to return the beating heart of the event. A strategy designed not to waste a single significant moment.
IDEATION
The 42° ANCI Assembly brought a structured structure to Bologna: 14 active rooms, more than 100 side events, 424 stands on 40,000 square meters, 14 ministers and 90 speakers. A great institutional event like this deserves a continuous, orderly and immediate story.
We therefore designed a dynamic and detailed shooting plan and a production system that would allow the team to capture, interpret and return every significant moment in a few hours.

PRODUCTION
For three days we followed the Assembly in its every movement, coordinating PRO production and Smart coverage in parallel.
For the PRO part, we shot, edited and published every daily video recap by the same evening, while the cumulative video for the three days was completed and delivered the morning after the end of the event.
At the same time, we recounted the Assembly live through stories, documenting:
A continuous, precise production that is perfectly aligned with the rhythm of the event.
DIFFUSION
All contents have been optimized and published live on Anci Comunicare's social channels following a schedule built to enhance the key moments of the Assembly.
The strategy helped to fit into a digital flow that registered 45.000 unique users connected on institutional channels during the three days.
The combination of Smart content and PRO content has guaranteed a complete narrative, current and consistent with the institutional aspect of the event.
