The Kappa FuturFestival 2025 is one of the most popular musical events in Europe. But how can we really tell through photo and video content the complexity of a festival that lives on multiple levels, involves international brands and thousands of people? The answer lies in a strategic, coordinated and live production.
Build a coherent and personalized story for very different targets: sponsors, digital users, live audience, media and organizers, delivering content in real time.
We have developed a multilevel content production, with teams dedicated to specific editorial lines: partners and sponsors, logistics and technical aspects, sustainability, premium experiences and institutional communication. An integrated narrative, capable of living on multiple formats and channels, able to enhance the event without ever overlapping but becoming an amplifier.
IDEATION
The pre-production phase played a crucial role: mapping the thematic areas, defining specific targets and objectives, creating a hyper-detailed operational plan. A central direction has been set up to coordinate the production of content related to:
PRODUCTION
During the three days of the festival, Simpol oversaw part of the content production with photographic, video and social-first productions designed for immediate publications. Each content has been designed to meet a specific need: from technical materials to the experiential story, from green to corporate content.
DIFFUSION
The workflow has been designed to ensure the live delivery of content to social networks, media partners and stakeholders. The story did not stop at the three days of the event: the materials found new life even in the post-event, as tools for enhancement and summary.
Numerous partners have chosen to share the materials produced, amplifying the scope and value of the story.
