We had the opportunity to organize Merlo’s Family Day, a special event dedicated to employees and their families. Over 900 people participated, filling the CFRM with smiles, games, and moments of togetherness. How did we turn this day into a memorable experience?
The main challenge was to turn the company space into a place for gathering and entertainment, transforming it from a work environment into a family-friendly and welcoming area, suitable for all ages.
We designed an engaging event filled with fun activities for all ages. Our goal was to create a festive atmosphere where employees could share special moments with their families. The event included games, recreational activities, and video presentations to celebrate the company's values and history together.
The project began with a careful analysis of the participants' needs. We did some research to identify activities that could engage employees and their families, ensuring a mix of entertainment and moments of togetherness. Additionally, we selected visual materials and videos that told the story of the company and its culture, creating an emotional connection with the participants.
The production of the event required meticulous logistical planning.We created various play areas suitable for all ages, took care of video creation, and designed graphic materials to promote the event, as well as signage to ensure smooth participant flow. Our live content production captured the event’s key moments, allowing everyone to relive the day.
To maximize the event’s impact, we created a full reportage of the day. The video and photo materials produced were shared through the company’s corporate and social channels, reaching all participants and making them the protagonists of the event.
