Kappa FuturFestival is one of the most popular music events in Europe. But how do you truly capture the complexity of a multi-layered festival that involves international brands and thousands of people through photo and video content? The answer lies in strategic, coordinated, live production.
Building a coherent and personalized narrative for very different targets: sponsors, digital users, the live audience, media, and organizers, while delivering content in real time.
We developed a multi-level content production strategy, with teams dedicated to specific editorial lines: partners and sponsors, logistics and technical aspects, sustainability, premium experiences, and institutional communication. An integrated narrative, capable of living across multiple formats and channels, designed to enhance the event without ever overshadowing it, acting instead as an amplifier.
CONCEPTUALIZATION
The pre-production phase played a crucial role: mapping thematic areas, defining specific targets and objectives, and creating a hyper-detailed operational plan. A central direction was established to coordinate content production for:
PRODUCTION
Over the three days of the festival, Simpol managed part of the content production, creating photography, video, and social-first assets designed for immediate publication. Each piece of content was crafted to meet a specific need: from technical materials to experiential storytelling, and from sustainability-focused content to corporate communications.
DISTRIBUTION
The workflow was designed to ensure the live delivery of content to social media channels, media partners, and stakeholders. The storytelling didn't stop when the three-day event ended; the materials were repurposed post-event as tools for promotion and recaps.
Numerous partners chose to share the produced materials, amplifying the reach and value of the narrative.
